ANDROID - KOTLIN DEVELOPER

The ideal candidate has strong Android application development skills with strong attention to detail, and contributes to our engineering team in delivering Android apps in time and in quality and compatible with different versions of Android and devices
your responsibilities
  • Create contemporary, secure, and feature-rich Android applications from the ground up with Kotlin
  • Master requirements and translate drawings and UI/UX wireframes into code
  • Discover and fix issues to increase performance
  • Work with APIs and data sources as per the requirements
  • Collaborate with the design and testing teams to produce high-performance apps
  • Help with the upkeep of code quality, reusability, and continual code evolution
  • Deliver unit testing to guarantee a bug-free, dependable, and great user experience
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to design, develop, and launch new features
  • Implement and maintain security procedures that are consistent with overall security goals
qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing Android apps
  • In depth knowledge of Java and Kotlin is required to develop maintainable code
  • Knowledge of the Android SDK and Android Studio is a must
  • Practical knowledge of mobile app architecture, flow, design, implementation, and release management
  • Familiar with agile development techniques and CI/CD pipelines
  • Extensive experience developing end-to-end Android mobile apps
  • In depth knowledge of the app lifecycle, architectural concepts, and design elements
  • A problem-solving attitude with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding the most recent mobile app trends, designs, and upcoming technologies
  • Knowledge of version control systems and tools, such as GitHub
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps techniques
  • Excellent time management abilities and the ability to work independently
  • Familiar with RESTful APIs and XML to link the app to backend services
